I am having good results with this Durum flour: Duro Semola Rimacinata. The particle size is excellent for breads and pizza. I use it on its own for pasta and the resulting taste is excellent. I am quite pleased and it compares very well with the other brands I have used until now such as Caputo and Dallagiovanna. I will surely be buying this from Eurostar again.

The flour dough is easy to knead, roll and creates deliciously soft rotis. As a person diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 5 years ago, I had missed rotis so much and I'm so happy to have this option.

Delicious chapatis!

This flour makes delicious chapatis, use cold water, a little bit of salt and a little oil or butter to knead the flour! Tastes better than regular flour!

Great gluten free flour

Lovely gluten free chapati flour, soft and taste lovely, no chalky taste like other brands.

I am glad that I can eat chapati now.

The taste and quality of the flour is really nice. Even though it is brown flour it is soft and easy to chew.
